Indonesian Spicy Marinated Tempe

1 pc tempe cut into medium-size (2cm)
4 pcs onion
2 cloves garlic
3 pcs red chilies, cut in oblique
3 pcs green peppers, cut in oblique
1 pcs medium tomato, cut into 4 parts
1 lb bay leaves
2 cm ginger, crushed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Sliced ​​1.5 tsp sugar
salt to taste

How to make:

Fried tempe-boiled, drained
Saute onion, garlic until fragrant, then enter the red chili, green, bay leaves, ginger and tomatoes, stirring until slightly wilted.
Enter the fried tempe already stirring constantly
Add water about 100cc, and enter the soy sauce and brown sugar and salt.
Cook until sauce is low tempe and tempe become mature
Lift and serve
