Indonesian Spicy Cocktail Fruit

Indonesian Spicy Cocktail Fruit


100 g pineapple cube shape
100 grams of thinly sliced
50 grams soya bean sprouts
2 pcs shaved carrots
3 pcs of cucumber cut into cube shape
1 green apple cut into cube shape
1 pomegranate
salad leaves
50 ounces of peanuts for sprinkling on top
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
75 g of brown sugar
50 gr of white sugar
250 ml of water

50 that have been peanuts in cooking
3 pieces of red pepper stew set aside
7 red chillis poached fruit set aside (if too much spicy can be reduced)
shrimp paste to taste if desired
1 piece of garlic if liked

How to make:
1.Boiled water, brown sugar, white sugar until dissolved set aside ..
2.Mixed all ingredients and pour in a container of vinegar and salt ... set aside about 10 min.
3.Mixed fruits container into the ground spices and vegetable stir well, then pour the sugar water mix well again .. if more sweet may add a little water, until adjusted taste.
