Sundanese Food


150 grams of green beans
1 cm kencur
½ clove of garlic
8 pieces cayenne pepper
​​1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ tsp salt

How to make:

thinly sliced
​​green beans, set aside.
puree all ingredients, then enter the string beans. Tap-tap until bruised beans, seasoning mix until well blended. Serve with warm rice and other side dishes.
