Tofu Seasoning

Tofu Seasoning

For 3 servings

. 300 grams of tofu, cut into rectangles, half-baked fries.
. 100 grams of bean sprouts, soaked with hot water and drain.
. 3 pieces of rice cake, sliced
. 2 tablespoons fried shallots
. 300 ml boiled water
. 150 ml cooking oil

Peanut sauce:
. 200 grams of peanuts
. 4 cloves garlic
. 5 pieces chili pepper, sliced
. 3 large red chilies, chopped
. 4 tablespoons soy sauce
. 1 teaspoon salt
. 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar

1. Heat oil, fry the half cooked beans. insert the garlic, cayenne pepper, chili big, fry until cooked. Remove and drain.
2. Coarse mashed peanuts and spices. Add soy sauce, salt, and sugar and stir well. Dilute with boiled water, stir well.
3. Arrange slices of rice cake on serving dish, add the pieces of tofu and bean sprouts. flush with peanut sauce and sprinkle with fried shallots.


Bitter for not peanuts, fried peanuts until yellowish and do not let burn.
